Jarrod Hayes has a BA in Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) and astrophysics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a PhD from the University of Southern California. He has published or has articles forthcoming in the European Journal of International Relations, Global Environmental Politics, International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, and Security Studies. His book, Constructing National Security: US Relations with India and China was published by Cambridge University Press in 2013. From 2009-2010, he was the ConocoPhillips Assistant Professor of International Relations at the University of Oklahoma, a joint appointment in the School of International and Area Studies and the Department of Political Science. He is currently an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
