Dr. Jordan Tama specializes in the politics, processes, and institutions of U.S. foreign and national security policy making, including presidential-congressional relations, national security strategy, and blue-ribbon advisory commissions. Dr. Tama has been awarded fellowships by the Woodrow Wilson Center and the American Political Science Association, and has served as a senior aide in the U.S. House of Representatives, as a foreign policy speechwriter, and as a national security advisor to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.
