Reid Pauly is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at MIT. His research interests include nuclear strategy and proliferation, coercion theory, American foreign policy, and Arctic security. Prior to joining MIT, he was a research assistant at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University. He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University in 2010 with a BA in History and Government.
