BTG has expanded its programming to help undergraduate students prepare for careers in the international relations field. Through its Foundations of International Relations Success and Training (FIRST) program, BTG provides undergraduates with training on how to pursue careers in government, academia, and the private sector. 

FIRST engages students in two distinct ways. Our in-person component involves campus-based workshops employing real-world international relations simulations and career development panels. Recent workshops have been held at the University of Denver and Wellesley College, and will expand to other campuses in future years. 

In addition, we are developing a series of short video modules to help demystify the world of international affairs for future leaders in the field. Please check back for links to these videos as they become available!
